Data Protection Notice
This notice provides information about personal data processing under Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data controller
For processing carried out through taksicilerodasi.com, the data controller is the operator of the Taxi Chamber website. You can contact iletisim@taksicilerodasi.com about data protection matters.
2. Personal data processed
Website use and communications may involve identity data (name and surname), contact data (email and optional telephone), request or complaint content, and transaction security data (IP address, access time, browser and technical logs). Special-category data is not requested unless you choose to provide it.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to answer messages and stand-data correction requests, secure the site, resolve errors, improve the service and comply with legal duties. Processing relies on the conditions in Article 5 of KVKK, including legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right and legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights; explicit consent is used where required.
4. Data transfers
Personal data may be transferred, only as necessary, to hosting, email, technical support and security providers, and to competent public authorities where legally required. International transfers follow the current conditions and appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of KVKK.
5. Collection method
Data is collected electronically and automatically through web server and security logs, or directly from you through email and other communication channels. It is processed only in a manner connected with, limited to and proportionate to the stated purposes.
6. Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know third-party recipients; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where conditions apply and notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
Send your KVKK request to iletisim@taksicilerodasi.com with “KVKK Data Subject Request” in the subject line. Include your name, a clear description of the request and contact details for the response; additional information may be requested to verify identity. Proper applications are resolved as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, subject to any fee permitted by the applicable tariff where processing creates an additional cost.
