1. Scope of the service
Taxi Chamber is an independent information platform providing general information about taxi stands and tariffs in Turkey. It is not a public authority, professional chamber, taxi operator or booking service, and is not a party to any taxi booking or transport contract.
2. Accuracy and currency of information
Stand, telephone, address and tariff data is compiled from open sources. Although reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and current, changes may be reflected with delay. Before travel, verify contact details and applicable tariffs with the relevant stand or competent authority.
3. Fare estimates and acceptable use
Fare calculations are estimates only. Traffic, waiting time, route, bridge, highway and other charges can change the actual fare. You may not use the site unlawfully, disrupt the service, send excessive automated requests or copy content in bulk without permission.
4. Third-party services
The site may link to taxi stands or third-party websites. Those parties are responsible for their services, content, security and data practices. Providing a link does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the site's design, original text, brand and software belong to their respective owners. Limited personal, non-commercial use with attribution is permitted; bulk reproduction, republication or commercial data transfer requires prior permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is not liable for indirect loss arising from estimates, outdated third-party data, interruptions or dealings between a user and a taxi provider. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the service or law changes. The current text takes effect when published. The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply, without limiting rights to apply to courts or authorities that have mandatory jurisdiction.
